Use » Connecting an external hard drive (Freebox HD)
The connection instructions are identical for an external hard disk and a USB key.
Insert the USB connector into the TOPMOST USB port, as shown in the image to the right.
Place the cursor on the name of your peripheral and press the OK key. You can then manage the contents of your storage device (navigator) and view the videos you have recorded, or view the videos that may already be present on your storage device.
You can also navigate to your storage device from the main menu, by choosing Magnéto.

- Turn on your HD box.
- Connect your external storage device to the topmost USB port.
- Press on the Free button on your remote control, select Paramètres, then USB.
- The page should indicate that the disk has been detected. If this is not the case, select Rafraîchir until the HD box detects your external drive.
